To ensure the safe return of the product, the product should be in its original condition as received when returned, along with all the attached articles and documents.

To return your parcel, kindly click on the return button under the product button on H. A Collection order screen. Upload the picture of the product you want to return.

Note: If the product isn’t in its original condition, it won’t be accepted as a return.

If you receive a product other than what you ordered or the product doesn’t match your expectations, click on the “Return Order button” on H. A COLLECTION Order Screen. After considering your request and confirming all the details. We will proceed further to solve this matter and refund the due amount and additional charges.
